The wine has a gorgeous, fruity and structured ripe citrus flavour, and the fine and delicate tannins of the texture support the elegant and transparent extract.
Mouthwateringly zesty and pure with the signature Cossard texture though due to the maceration, this has a welcome, gentle grip on the finish.
