The parcels nestle at an altitude of 230 m to 280 m, with ideal west and south-east exposure. The parcels are ploughed on horseback and meticulously cultivated with the greatest respect for the soil and biodiversity. The carefully hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes are left to macerate in whole bunches.
