ZYME VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO SUPERIORE
After 12 years of "Val", with the 2018 harvest I reached the goal I had in mind for this wine from the very beginning: the desire to express the blend and the Valpolicella Superiore traditional method at its highest level. Thanks to this new awareness, I am ready to complete the name Valpolicella also on the label. A specific identity for a personal interpretation of Ripasso, in which the value of every single element determines its whole worthiness.
