CARLO PELLEGRINO PASSIMORA NERO D'AVOLA SICILIA DOC
Nestled in Western Sicily, our wine captures the essence of its terroir with delicate hints of red fruit, pomegranate, and sweet notes of dried plum and candied fruit on the nose. Soft, warm, and persistently tannic on the palate reflects the region's Mediterranean climate and rich Terra Grande soil.
Grapes undergo a slight drying process on the vine to enhance the Nero dāAvola's fruity bouquet. After soft maceration and long, thermo-controlled fermentation, the wine refines in stainless steel tanks for approximately 4 months.
With its deep red appearance, our wine pairs excellently with cured meats, seasoned cheeses, tempura vegetables, and hearty stews.
