HINOMARU WHISKY KOME
Hinomaru Whisky KOME is a blend of malt whisky and rice whisky, made from 30% rice, which is used in the production of sake.
All the original whisky is distilled at the Yatsugo Distillery at the foot of Mount Tsukuba in the rich natural environment and matured for over three years in bourbon and sherry casks.
You can enjoy the light aroma of rice, the deep taste of malt whisky and the harmony between them.
Kiuchi Brewery has a 200 year history as a sake brewery. Our aim is to work together with local agriculture and food culture.
We bring you the bountiful harvest of the rich Hitachino land in the form of spirits.
We will continue to rise to the challenge of creating what we believe to be a true Japanese craft whisky.
