Crafted from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan, and Mourvèdre, our vineyards are certified Organic and Biodynamic by Demeter. Every grape is meticulously hand-harvested and sorted, reflecting our commitment to quality.
Our winemaking approach is rooted in the principles of Biodynamic and Organic methods, with indigenous yeasts and minimal sulfites. After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes undergo a tailored maceration process.
Served ideally between 16°C to 18°C, this wine embodies the diverse terroirs of sandy or sandy-clay soils, enriched with limestone gravel. Experience the essence of Domaine de la Mordorée in each sip an invitation to savour the harmony of nature and craftsmanship.
