LA PONCA FRIULANO
On the typical Friulian terraced vineyards, all of them organically grown, La Ponca gives life to an elegant collection of wines, prominently white, allowing the territory to manifest itself.
Vinification : Soft pressing of the grapes, natural clarification of the must by cold static decanting. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.
Maturation : On the lees for 15 months in stainless steel vats and 10hl oak barrels.

Excellent structure, characterized by a salinity that makes it pleasant and fresh, with an aftertaste of tropical fruit and a slight memory of almond. |
FOOD PAIRING:

Excellent with second courses of fish but also with Prosciutto di San Daniele and selections of cheeses. |
