LA PONCA SAUVIGNON
On the typical Friulian terraced vineyards, all of them organically grown, La Ponca gives life to an elegant collection of wines, prominently white, allowing the territory to manifest itself.
Vinification : Cold maceration on the skins for about 48 hours, then soft pressing of the grapes and natural clarification of the must by cold static decanting. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.
Maturation : On the lees for 15 months in stainless steel vats.
