TSELEPOS - CANAVA CHRISSOU SANTORINI ASSYRTIKO WHITE
Canava Chrissou – Tselepos is the result of a collaboration between Yiannis Tselepos and the Santorini Chrissou family, rooted in a vision to revive historic vineyards around Pyrgos, Emporio, and Megalochori; here the indigenous Assyrtiko grape is grown in volcanic, sandy soils and crafted with traditional methods to produce premium Santorini whites that express high acidity, minerality, and great aging potential.
