TULIP NET SAUVIGNON
Tulips’s Sauvignon Blanc grapes come from a 35-year-old vineyard in Plateau Dalton in the Upper Galilee. The grapes were harvested in the early morning hours and were meticulously sorted when they entered the winery. The wine was fermented at two different temperatures to achieve complexity and different layers of fruitiness. For this vineyard, we use an innovative covering method; we use special nets to reach optimal ripeness in a warm climate.
