VIGNERONS ARDÉCHOIS ARDÈCHE CHARDONNAY GRAVETTES
This Chardonnay Gravettes is grown on a vineyard mainly located in the communes of Valvignères and Vogüé. This cuvée is the result of rigorous work: limited yields, harvest at full maturity at the coolest hours of the day. Only free-run and first-press juices are kept. The vinification is traditional with temperature control during fermentation. A second fermentation (malolactic) is generally sought to extract flesh and complexity, before ageing on lees.
