Nestled in Bourg-Saint-Andéol's rolling hills, our vineyards thrive on Montjau's pebbly slopes. Here, Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, and Mourvèdre vines intertwine, yielding a wine of depth and balance.

Crafted from old vines, our grapes undergo an 18-day maceration, resulting in a ruby red wine with a nose of spice and chocolate. On the palate, it offers an indulgent entry with notes of red fruit, ample body, and supple tannins.

Pair with meats in sauce and cheeses, serve at 18°C and decant an hour before. With a cellaring potential of 3 to 5 years, our wine embodies Montjau's essence in every sip.
