VIGNERONS ARDÉCHOIS CÔTES DU RHÔNE ROUGE BIO MONTJAU
The vineyard is made up of old vines on the rounded pebble soils of the Rhône Valley. The grapes are picked at a level of ripeness voluntarily pushed. A long maceration of 18 days is necessary to harmonise the 4 grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre.
