VINOLOGIST SYRAH
Chenin from the Swartland is always unique. The old bush vines lend richness and minerality as well as texture to the wine. Decomposed granite enhances the apple and lime flavours and offers a balanced, natural acidity. A significant component was fermented naturally to add further struc-ture and complexity to the wine. This unpretentious, honest Chenin Blanc is a true reflection of this remarkable area.
