AIX WHITE
Long before Rosé catapulted the region into the spotlight, the northern part of Provence was renowned for its exceptional white wines. As early as the 10th century, the monks of Montmajour crafted exquisite white wines, skillfully leveraging the region's cooler climate and unique marl limestone soil to produce remarkable vintages.
