PRODUCT INFORMATION
The original 2001 label had the term Oseleta contracted into 'Oz'. The 'O' was the initial of the grape variety name and recalled the shape of a berry, while the 'Z' alluded to Zýme and indicated the second letter of the varietal term, which is written with an 's' but pronounced with a 'z'.
The 2008 label features the full name 'Oseleta' because, through the experience gained from previous vintages, the quality objective that Zýme had set itself was achieved.
