Blanc de Gris comes from the Perpatiara single vineyard in Arcadia where Tselepos uses modern winemaking techniques including pre‑fermentation cold soak and aging partly in amphorae and large oak foudres, producing an expressive, richly textured white from 100% Moschofilero that highlights floral and citrus intensity while balancing body and acidity.
