From the very first nose, you can appreciate the classicism of our Santenay 1er cru blanc, very intense, dominated by complex notes of verbena, elderberry, preserved lemon and green pepper. The palate is worthy of the great Chardonnays of Burgundy, finely saline, suave and relaxed, dominated by fine honeyed aromas.
A filet of monkfish casserole flavoured with verbena for the fish and a supreme of guinea fowl roasted with honey and chestnuts for the poultry.
