A classic wine from Frédéric Cossards Domaine de Chassorney but this time made in QVEVRI: This Chardonnay comes from a steep plot facing east between 280 and 400 meters above sea level. The soils are mainly marl, limestone and clay. The harvest macerates in whole bunches and is aged in qvevris.
