The Grenache comes from the clay-limestone of the village of Vaison-la-Romaine at the foot of Mont-Ventoux, South Rhône. Harvested by hand, pre-fermentation maceration, whole bunches, long fermentations with indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtration. 9 months of ageing in vats, no added sulphur.
