MONTRESOR AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO CROSARA DOCG
PRODUCTION AREA : In the heart of the Valpolicella Classica.
WINE MAKING : Selected buches of grapes are placed in small racks and left to dry for about 3 months. Then the grapes are softly crushed; the maceration process lasts up to 30 days. Afterwards, it is racked and refines in barriqe and big oak casks (French and Slavonian wood) for 3 years before bottling.

On the nose it displays characteristic fruity and musky notes. |

Good companion to all meat dishes and game of the international cuisine and matured cheeses. Meditation wine. Uncork the bottle one hour in advance. The use of a decanter is recommended. |
