Tasting Notes
Appearance: Light golden color with emerald reflections.
Nose: White flowers aromas (acacia and hawthorn), with strong notes of fresh citrus fruits (lemon zest and kumquat) and a hint of ripe fruits (peach and apricot).
Palate: A fresh and delicate silky opening with balanced depth in the middle. The finish is
long with a pleasant aromatic persistence and dominated by a mineral salinity.
