The mill that gives its name to the Borgo del Molìn was built in the 17th century. The mill is one of the most important and authentic testimonies of the city’s agricultural past, at the roots of its history. But it is also part of Fabio Zardetto’s childhood memories, the place where he spent many an afternoon with his grandma, helping her to grind wheat and playing close to the millstream that channelled the water to the wheel. For this reason with this Prosecco he has chosen to pay homage to a sadly forgotten symbol of the hardworking people of Conegliano through the ages
