Version Sud is a red natural wine from Burgundy legendary vigneron Frederic Cossard – Domaine de Chassorney – made from organically grown Grenache Noir grapes from Vaison-La Romaine in Vaucluse.
The grapes ferment spontaneously in whole bunches for about 2 weeks before being pressed to old barrels and see an elevate of no less than 9 months before being bottled with no hint of added SO2.
Frederic Cossard Version Sud sings of purity and bright elegance infused with notes of warm forest fruit, Southern spices, and salinity.
