GIANT STEPS APPLEJACK VINEYARD PINOT NOIR
Applejack Vineyard Pinot Noir 2023 comes from one of Giant Steps’ most revered single‑vineyard sites in the Upper Yarra Valley. Planted in 1997 by viticulturalist Ray Guerin and owned by Giant Steps since 2013, Applejack’s cool, elevated site produces deeply concentrated fruit with vibrant natural acidity and perfumed complexity. The 2023 vintage in the Yarra Valley was small but high quality, with a cool spring, mild growing season and extended ripening, yielding fruit with lovely concentration and bright acidities.
