Sexton Vineyard Chardonnay 2023 comes from the north‑facing Sexton Vineyard in Gruyere — one of Giant Steps’ premier Chardonnay sites in the Yarra Valley. The cool, high‑quality 2023 season produced intensely flavoured and concentrated fruit with bright natural acidity. Whole‑bunch pressing, wild fermentation and careful oak ageing deliver a structured, textural Chardonnay that expresses both site and vintage.
