Pressed with de-stemmed grapes and put to ferment with selected yiests after a cold pre-maceration for two days. The fermentation took place in 500 litre French oak barrels of different uses at 14°C. It was then aged with the lees for 12 months with successive batonnages until bottled.

The exuberant and intense, almost radiant nose reveals perfectly ripe fruit which lingers on blackberry, toast, coffee and mocha aromas. |
PALATE:

Roundness and elegance combine on the attack, while the mature body, displaying a lovely velvety, almost silky texture, reveals a remarkably soft and refined mouthfeel, with a very pleasantw touch of salinity. A forward but already well-intergrated tannic stucture gives the wine a long and succulent finish on floral and fruit notes. |
