TAI TIRA PINOT NOIR
WINEMAKING: Harvested fruit was transferred to open top fermenters and allowed to sit for several days before fermentation. Fruit was handled gently during ferment with pumpovers instead of regular plunging. The resulting wine was then matured in both older oak and stainless steel for 11 months before bottling in March 2021.
