The ambient perfume that rises high in the glass is laced with graphite, slate and other crushed rock. |

PALATE:

While elegant and polished on the palate there is and intensity brooding of roast meat, plum fruit and graphite that nuances the polished and layered finish. In spite of its age and muscularity its exhibits polish and refinement and this will only continue to evolve with additional earthy notes across the next 20-30 years of its life. |
