GIANT STEPS APPLEJACK VINEYARD CHARDONNAY
The 2022 vintage in the Yarra Valley was high quality but low-yielding. A cool, wet spring led to poor fruit set and very small bunches, followed by a dry, warm early summer. Mild conditions and well-timed January rain allowed long, slow ripening, resulting in concentrated flavours, excellent natural acidity and healthy fruit at harvest.
